These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at beevolve.in and all services provided by Beevolve ("we", "our", "us"). By visiting the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Beevolve offers two categories of services:

All content on beevolve.in — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Beevolve and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
For business automation projects, all custom-built workflows, code, and automation logic developed for your organisation are transferred to you upon final payment. Beevolve retains no operational rights to your systems post-handoff.
Generic frameworks, reusable templates, and pre-built modules that Beevolve incorporates into client projects remain the property of Beevolve; clients receive a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered system.
Payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements. General terms:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement, including but not limited to business processes, client data, pricing, and technical architecture. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Beevolve makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service.
We do not guarantee that automation implementations will achieve specific business outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including data quality, third-party platform behaviour, and client-side adoption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beevolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Beevolve in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days' written notice. On termination:
Beevolve reserves the right to terminate access to the website or services immediately for breach of these Terms without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
For international clients, disputes may also be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.
