1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at beevolve.in and all services provided by Beevolve ("we", "our", "us"). By visiting the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Our services

Beevolve offers two categories of services:

• Business automation consulting — AI automation strategy, workflow design, custom agent development, data integration, and system implementation for organisations. Upon project completion, workflow ownership — including source code, credentials, and documentation — transfers to the client.
• Professional training programmes — Structured courses, workshops, and bootcamps for students and working professionals seeking to build automation skills. Training materials, recordings, and course content are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work, which form part of these Terms when executed.

3. Your responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiry forms or onboarding documents
• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our training materials without written consent
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials we provide

4. Intellectual property

All content on beevolve.in — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Beevolve and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For business automation projects, all custom-built workflows, code, and automation logic developed for your organisation are transferred to you upon final payment. Beevolve retains no operational rights to your systems post-handoff.

Generic frameworks, reusable templates, and pre-built modules that Beevolve incorporates into client projects remain the property of Beevolve; clients receive a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered system.

5. Payment terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements. General terms:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• Project work pauses if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 21 days
• Training programme fees are non-refundable after 7 days from enrolment, unless the programme is cancelled by Beevolve

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement, including but not limited to business processes, client data, pricing, and technical architecture. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Beevolve makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service.

We do not guarantee that automation implementations will achieve specific business outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including data quality, third-party platform behaviour, and client-side adoption.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beevolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Beevolve in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days' written notice. On termination:

• Beevolve will deliver all completed work-in-progress to the client
• Client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• Access to any Beevolve-managed systems will be handed over or decommissioned within 7 days

Beevolve reserves the right to terminate access to the website or services immediately for breach of these Terms without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

For international clients, disputes may also be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.
